Fractional Coaching 

Discuss the concept of ongoing accountability and support at a reduced cost, ensuring that a coach is always available to assist with needs. Individual and organizational plans can be tailored to help support any type of objective within the needs and experiences of Your Speaking Voice.

 

Can’t afford an ongoing coaching relationship?  Do you need help with some areas of your personal development, professional career, or facets of your business development and/or direction, and can’t afford the high cost of ongoing coaching?  Do you need more flexibility than meeting on a consistent, regular basis over a period of time?  Hiring a coach “on retainer” for your needs may be the choice for you! Plans can be customized based on a individual or organizational basis!

The Process: 

• Step 1: Choose the number of services you wish to engage in (life, professional development, public speaking, and business coaching).

• Step 2: Choose a timeframe that would fit for your needs with the service(s) selected. One to twelve month plans are available!

• Step 3: Hold an initial consultation with Your Speaking Voice to understand requirements/expectations & execute agreement.

• Step 4: Schedule any number of sessions* through the duration of the contract based on your needs!

  • *The number of sessions/month will be dictated based on a final agreement negotiated between you and Your Speaking Voice.
